Mexico Chiapas

Please note: with fresh, small batch roasted coffee beans, there are times we need to roast a batch or two to get your order filled. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Our certified organic Mexico Chiapas is grown by several small farms in the Soconusco region of Chiapas. The beans are washed and sun dried, then milled in Tapachula where they are cupped and evaluated to help eliminate any defects. This is a staple in our shop and a favorite with customers with it's creamy texture, dark chocolate and nutty base, and sweet citrus finish. A great coffee all around!
