We have come to love certain single origin coffee growing regions, and those have become our staples. We carry these coffees consistently because people ask for them by name, like Mexico, Papua New Guinea and Ethiopia! Very diverse regions as well as diverse flavors. 

We also like to discover new specialty coffee through friends who work directly with farmers. We're always trying new regions and micro lots that we love to share.

From co-ops to micro-lots, we roast in small batches here in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and ship fresh, nationwide.
